We provide a variety of services and technical advice to preserve the safety, condition and appearance of 17 City buildings with 4 full time employees. In addition, we are responsible for the design and construction of capital improvement projects. The division utilizes a preventive maintenance program and associated inspection processes to address repair and environmental needs in addition to sustaining useful life and ensuring efficiency of major building components.
